About Keiko
Keiko McDonah is a full time broker and real estate agent dedicated to giving each of her clients the very best possible service, and to keeping their best interests in mind at all times. She educates her clients on what they can expect in their real estate endeavor so they can make informed and timely decisions about their valuable investment. Keiko is an extremely resourceful and energetic broker and takes responsibility for each step in the process of buying and selling real estate.
Keiko educates herself on the ever-changing real estate market - now more than ever. She attends continuing education classes on all aspect of real estate and is an active member of the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Alameda Association of Realtors (AAR), Alameda Commercial Committee (ACC) and the Alameda Independent Brokers. As a top producing real estate agent, Keiko continues to earn the respect of the real estate community. Over ninety percent of Keiko's business has come from referrals from past clients.
Keiko purchased her first piece of real estate at the age of nineteen. In 2001 she obtained her real estate license and became a full time real estate agent. By 2004 she had earned her broker's license and soon opened her own brokerage company, Paragon Properties.
Keiko has been married to her best friend Patrick for 40+ years. In 2005 Patrick joined Paragon Properties full time and became an integral part of the company. Patrick, an accomplished photographer, also maintains the company website, creating virtual tours, maintaining office equipment and most anything that needs to be attended to. Together they have been reaching buyers, sellers and investors with sophisticated informational marketing material.
